PD2606S
Description
PD2606S is a high-voltage, high-speed andhalf-bridge gate driver that is used to drive N-type power MOSFETs and IGBTs.PD2606S supports under-voltage lockout (UVLO) feature, protecting the power device from operating with insufficient voltage.Its logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and CMOS (as low as 3.3V) and the output driver features a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction.
